The original alloy high-grade carburized steel 18cr2Ni4WA material has been subjected to carburization at 910-940 °C, quenching at 850 °C, and tempering at 180-200 °C. The tensile strength of the mechanical properties is ≥1177Mpa, the yield strength is ≥834Mpa, the elongation is ≥10%, the reduction of the section is ≥45%, the impact toughness is ≥980kJ/m2, and the hardness is 58-62HRC. Although the gear performance and process performance can be satisfied, the price of the parts is relatively high.
